What matters to you, and your team?
Personalised care means people have choice and control over the way their care is planned and delivered. It is based on ‘what matters’ to them and their individual strengths and needs.
Personalised care represents a new relationship between people, professionals and the health and care system. It provides a positive shift in power and decision making that enables people to have a voice, to be heard and be connected to each other and their communities.
This new relationship calls for new skills and knowledge for both the patients and front-line staff.
Undivided Training support front-line staff and system leaders to navigate this new relationship with skill and competence.
Why Undivided Training?
We have a passion for person centred care, having seen the difference it makes for people in our community. Supporting individuals to realise their power and achieve their goals has been the driving force throughout both of our careers. We have decades of experience of frontline patient care, supported self-management, commissioning and service development, public health and workforce training and quality assurance.
We love to see people thrive, to do this, we work with system leaders and frontline staff in health and care services, to develop the skills, confidence and knowledge needed to excel in the field of person-centred care.
We care about sustainability; we want our training to leave a legacy and realise lasting transformation for the services/ teams we support.
We aspire to explore the unique opportunities and challenges faced by teams in order to maximise the impact of the new skills and knowledge gained through training. The success of this approach is demonstrated through robust evaluation and monitoring of impact on patients/ clients, staff and system priorities.
We get great results, trainees and commissioners consistently feedback trainee satisfaction in the training methods and outcomes.
We are actively monitoring impact over time to ensure that our training supports staff to see real results in practice for patients, staff wellbeing and wider system benefits.
